Carrot Cake

Tiramisu at Crema House is a single-portion Italian dessert of espresso-soaked savoiardi, the ladyfinger biscuits, layered with mascarpone cream and cocoa. It is made in our Ottawa pasticceria with our own espresso. A three-inch portion, served cold from the case. Contains caffeine and dairy.

Red Velvet at Crema House is a single-serve slice of red velvet cake, cut each day in our Ottawa pasticceria. It is a moist, cocoa-tinted crimson sponge layered with tangy cream cheese frosting and finished with crumb on top. Soft and gently sweet. Not vegan. Sold from the case.

Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake at Crema House in Ottawa is a single-serve dessert of three chocolate mousse layers, dark, milk and white, set on a thin chocolate base. It is rich without being heavy, and eaten cold. Made in our pasticceria. No nuts in the cake, though made in a shared kitchen.

The Carrot Lava is the carrot version of our Lava Cake, made at Crema House in Ottawa. It is a spiced carrot cake with a warm cream cheese centre that runs when it is cut. It is warmed to order and eaten with a spoon. Not vegan. Ask for it warmed at the counter.

Raspberry Cheesecake at Crema House is a single-serve slice of creamy cheesecake on a buttery biscuit base, topped with a raspberry swirl. It is made in our Ottawa pasticceria. Dense, cool and tart enough to stay light. Not vegan. Sold from the case each day, served cold.

Chocolate Mascarpone Cake Slice at Crema House is a single-serve gluten-free dessert: chocolate and mascarpone cream on a flourless base. It is made in our Ottawa pasticceria without gluten-containing ingredients and prepared in a shared kitchen. Rich and cool, served cold from the case. Not vegan.

Chocolate Cake Slice at Crema House is a single portion of our signature Chocolate Cake, cut in our Ottawa pasticceria. It is layers of chocolate sponge filled with light cocoa whipped cream and dusted with cocoa. Deep in flavour, not heavy. Not vegan. Sold from the case each day.

Amaretto Tart at Crema House is a single-serve almond tart from our Ottawa pasticceria: crisp pastry shell, almond cream, toasted almond. The cream is flavoured with amaretto, the Italian bitter-almond liqueur. It contains nuts. Sold from the case each day, served cool or at room temperature.
