The Almond Croissant at Crema House is our butter croissant filled with almond cream, topped with sliced almonds and dusted with sugar. It is the richest and sweetest of our croissants. It contains almonds, so it is not a nut-free pastry. Baked each morning in Ottawa, one croissant is a single, filling serving.

The Tahini Puff is a puff pastry twist made with tahini, baked in our Bake House in Ottawa. The sesame paste runs through the turns of the pastry and bakes into the layers, giving a nutty, savoury note against the crisp dough. Sold by the piece at Crema House.

Swiss Roll Large at Crema House in Ottawa is a full-size roll of soft sponge cake rolled around a cream filling, made in our pasticceria. Choose Chocolate, Espresso, Pistachio or Vanilla. The large roll serves a table; sliced, each piece is a tidy afternoon pastry with tea.

Apple Danish at Crema House is a laminated butter pastry topped with cooked apple, baked in our Ottawa Bake House each morning. The pastry is crisp at the edges and soft in the middle. It is sweet, but fruit-led rather than sugary. One pastry is a single serving, eaten fresh.

The Butter Croissant is a classic laminated pastry baked in our Bake House at Crema House. Its layers are rolled and folded so the outside bakes up crisp and flaky while the inside stays soft and open. Plain and unfilled, it is good on its own or alongside a coffee.

Maple & Pecans Danish is a laminated pastry finished with maple and pecans. The layers stay flaky under the topping, and the nuts add a little crunch against the sweetness of the maple. It contains nuts. Look for it in the Bake House case at Crema House in Ottawa.

Iced Canadiano at Crema House is our Americano over ice: a double shot of Blasercafé Marrone espresso poured over ice and topped with cold water, made to order in Ottawa. It is clean, cold black coffee with no milk or sugar unless you ask. A tall glass for hot summer days.

Chai Latte at Crema House is spiced black tea with steamed milk: cinnamon, cardamom, clove and ginger, made to order in our Tea Lounge in Ottawa. It is warm, aromatic and gently sweet, with the caffeine of tea rather than coffee. Oat milk and almond milk are available.

Caffè Shake at Crema House is a double shot of Blasercafé Marrone espresso blended with vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream, made to order in Ottawa. It is thick, cold and frothy: a milkshake with the strength of real coffee. Dessert and coffee in one tall glass.

Con Panna at Crema House is a shot of Blasercafé Marrone espresso topped with a swirl of whipped cream, served in a small cup in Ottawa. Also called Caffè Vienna, it is coffee and dessert in a few sips: hot and bitter under cold, sweet cream. Made to order at the bar.

Iced Mocha Latte at Crema House is a double shot of Blasercafé Marrone espresso with chocolate sauce, cold milk and ice, topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate, made to order in Ottawa. It is a cold mocha in a tall glass: sweet, chocolatey and still tasting of coffee.

Iced Tea at Crema House is tea brewed fresh in our Tea Lounge, chilled and served tall over ice in Ottawa. Choose Peach, Berry, Green Tea, Mint or Rooibos. Each is brewed from loose leaf rather than made from a syrup alone, and fruit purée can be added for a fuller glass.

Berry Blast at Crema House is a smoothie of mixed berries blended with yogurt and a little honey, made to order in Ottawa. It is cold, tart and naturally sweet, with no coffee and no added syrup. A breakfast or afternoon drink served tall in a glass.

Wild Berry Tart Cake, 12Cut at Crema House is a whole berry tart pre-cut into twelve portions, made in our Ottawa pasticceria. A pastry shell holds a cream filling topped with mixed berries, so each of the twelve pieces carries fruit. Not vegan. Order a day ahead for pickup.

Rustic Pecan Pie Slice is a single serving of pecan pie, baked in house at Crema House in Ottawa and cut to order from the whole pie. The filling is set and the pastry edge is left rough and rustic. It contains nuts, and it is served as one slice.

Red Velvet at Crema House is a single-serve slice of red velvet cake, cut each day in our Ottawa pasticceria. It is a moist, cocoa-tinted crimson sponge layered with tangy cream cheese frosting and finished with crumb on top. Soft and gently sweet. Not vegan. Sold from the case.

This is the Caramel Chantilly Cake in a 7 inch round, 4 inches high, and it serves 8 to 10 people. Caramel and chantilly cream are layered through it. Made to order in our Ottawa pasticceria with a day's notice.

Pumpkin Harvest Cheesecake is a single serve baked cheesecake made with pumpkin, served from the pastry case at Crema House in Ottawa. It comes as one portion, soft and dense the way a baked cheesecake is, with pumpkin carrying the flavour through the whole piece. It is served cold.

The Mocha Velvet Cake is a whole cake made in the Crema House pasticceria in Ottawa, bringing coffee and chocolate together in one cake. It is made to order with a day's notice and comes whole and finished, ready to slice at home.
