Where is Crema House?
Crema House is at 14-1400 Clyde Ave, Ottawa, Ontario K2G 3J2, in the plaza on Clyde Avenue just off West Hunt Club Road in Nepean, the west end of the city.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is plenty of free parking in the plaza car park, right outside the door. You do not need to pay and there is no time limit.
Is there free wifi?
Yes, there is free wifi for customers. Ask at the counter for the password.
Is Crema House wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The shop is wheelchair accessible, with level access from the plaza car park.
Is there a washroom?
Yes, there is a washroom for customers.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 09:30 to 20:00, Friday 09:30 to 21:00, Saturday 11:00 to 21:00, and Sunday 11:00 to 18:00.
Did this used to be BB Cafe Ottawa?
Yes. Crema House is the same business, at the same address, run by the same family. The name changed in the autumn of 2026. Everything on the counter is now made here each morning or chosen by us. The sign outside is catching up with the change.
Can I order ahead and collect?
Yes. You can order from the menu on cremahouse.ca and collect on Clyde Avenue. Most drinks and pastry are ready in about 15 minutes; items sold by weight and cookie boxes need about two hours, and whole cakes are next day.
Do you deliver?
Orders placed on cremahouse.ca are for pickup at the shop. Delivery is available separately through Uber Eats and DoorDash, where prices differ from the ones here.
Can I book a table?
Yes. Table bookings can be requested on the website, including for a group. The request goes straight to the counter.
What kind of coffee do you use?
The espresso is Blasercafè Marrone, roasted in Switzerland, a blend of 70 per cent arabica and 30 per cent robusta. The same beans are sold by the bag for home and office.
Do you have gluten-free, vegan or nut-free options?
Yes. Vegan, gluten-free and nut-free items are marked on each product page on the website, and the staff at the counter can tell you what is safe on any given day.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes. Custom cakes are made to order for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. Tell us the date and the idea through the custom cakes page and we answer within 24 hours. One week's notice is usual.
Do you do catering?
Yes. Crema House caters offices and events in Ottawa with pastry, croissant, savoury and cookie boxes, breakfast plates and coffee service, including two packages built for estate agent open houses.
Do you sell Persian sweets?
Yes. Barbari bread is baked here, and the counter carries Persian cookies by the kilogram or the box, latifeh and cream pastries, ajil by weight, saffron bastani ice cream, and tea served the Persian way.
What languages are spoken?
English, French and Persian.
How do I pay?
Cash, debit, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted.
Is there a loyalty programme?
Yes, it is called CremaClub. Join at the counter, earn points on every order, and spend them on anything on the menu.
