The top is finished with red cake crumb. The flavour is mild chocolate and vanilla under the sharpness of the frosting, and the texture is soft rather than dense. It is not vegan and contains no nuts in the recipe, though it is made in a shared kitchen. It is one portion, served cold or at room temperature, with no notice needed. Pickup is at 14-1400 Clyde Avenue. It pairs well with a Caffè Latte.
