Banana Loaf Slice at Crema House is a thick slice cut from a banana loaf, baked each morning in our Ottawa Bake House. The bananas go into the batter, which keeps the crumb moist and sweet, close textured rather than airy. It is sold by the slice from the counter through the day.

The Butter Croissant is a classic laminated pastry baked in our Bake House at Crema House. Its layers are rolled and folded so the outside bakes up crisp and flaky while the inside stays soft and open. Plain and unfilled, it is good on its own or alongside a coffee.
