Peach Danish

The Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant at Crema House is our butter croissant filled with chocolate hazelnut cream, baked each morning in Ottawa. It is sweeter than the plain Butter Croissant, with a soft, spreadable centre inside the crisp layers. It contains hazelnuts, so it is not nut-free. It is usually the first to go each morning.

The Pistachio Croissant at Crema House is our butter croissant filled with pistachio cream and topped with crushed pistachio, baked in Ottawa. The filling is pale green, nutty and sweet, with crunch from the pistachio on top. It contains pistachios, so it is not nut-free. It is the croissant closest to our pasticceria's flavours.

The Margherita Danish at Crema House is a butter-laminated Danish filled with tomato, mozzarella and basil, the flavours of a Margherita pizza. Baked each morning in Ottawa, the cheese melts into the tomato while the pastry stays crisp. It is not sweet, and it is good warm at lunch.

The Perogy Potato cheddar Danish at Crema House is a butter-laminated Danish filled with potato and cheddar, the classic perogy filling. Baked each morning in Ottawa, it is soft and rich in the middle, crisp at the edges, and not sweet. It is comfort food from the Bake House, good warm at lunch.

The Leek and Parm Danish at Crema House is a butter-laminated Danish filled with leek and parmesan, baked each morning in Ottawa. The leek goes soft and sweet in the oven while the parmesan sharpens it. It contains cheese, wheat and dairy, it is not sweet, and it is good warm at lunch.

Patties at Crema House are hand pies: golden, flaky pastry with braided edges around a seasoned filling, baked each morning in Ottawa. We make three fillings: Chicken, Meat and Spicy Meat. One patty is a quick lunch on its own, and a box of them is a catering standby.

The Spicy Meat Patty at Crema House is a braided hand pie filled with seasoned meat and chilli, baked in Ottawa. It is the hot version of our Meat Patty; the spice is noticeable but not punishing. One patty is a filling lunch, eaten warm or at room temperature.

The Custard Berry Puff is a puff pastry twist filled with custard and berries, baked in our Bake House in Ottawa. The custard is soft against the crisp layers of pastry, and the berries add a tart edge. Made in house at Crema House and sold by the piece.
