Sport Shake at Crema House is a protein shake of whey protein powder, peanut butter, fresh banana and oat milk, blended to order at our counter in Ottawa. It is finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon and served tall. The banana gives natural sweetness and body, the peanut butter adds fat and salt, and the whey brings the protein, so it is filling rather than sugary. It contains no coffee, no ice cream and no added syrup. Whey is a dairy protein, so the shake is not vegan despite the oat milk, and it contains peanuts. It is built for after a workout or as a portable breakfast. Pair it with a slice of Barbari from the Bake House on Clyde Avenue.
